Brazil coffee farmers harvest 'Icatu beans', which are a hybrid variety created by crossing arabica and robusta (bourbon) beans and then backcrossing with a 'Mundo Novo'. These Brazilian coffee bean types grow very nicely at about 250m up the highlands, the cherries can come in both Yellow and Red varieties.

I like this coffee, can I buy more?Most of the coffee's in our subscription packs will be available to purchase in individual bags through our website. However, now and again you may be sent a micro lot or extremely limited batch of coffee. In these instances, this coffee may not be available all year round or not for a while. Make sure you savour every drop!
