Tasting notes: High grade beans, balanced, clean, smooth coffee with dark chocolate undertones, berry flavours, highly aromatic, a delicate coffee with a pleasant after taste, a unique full bodied coffee.
Awarded: Sydney Royal Easter Show, 2 medals in 2017 & 2 medals in 2018. Each year we only ever enter 2 of our coffees in the show to give our competitors a chance and not embarrass them- the King decided to enter the Cuban and Re Firma Blend.

We’re all about consistency.
Our knowledge in coffee roasting times and temperatures, density and moisture through our years of experience, we cup our coffee regularly to ensure coffee blends are consistent this helps us continually source the best green coffee beans.
We only use 100% Arabica beans, grown in higher altitudes and along the equator which make the beans more delicate, the beans have characteristically flora aromas, mild and rounded our beans produce a golden full bodied espresso. Roasted slowly to allow the full flavour to develop, its then stopped and cooled when the second crack is heard by our third generation master roaster.
