How long does delivery take?

We roast and dispatch most orders next business day, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane is usually over night after dispatch and other Australian locations 2 days after dispatch.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping cost?

We offer free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $80,
Orders under that amount are charged a simple flat rate at checkout, based on your location.

Do you offer warranty on machines and equipment?

Yes. All machines and equipment come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you have any issues, contact our team at contact@kingcarloscoffee.com.au with your order details and we’ll help organise troubleshooting or service.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

We roast weekly at our Hurstville roastery and clearly date every bag so you know when it was roasted. Most customers receive their coffee within 10-14 days of roasting, so the coffee is rested and ready to enjoy.

What’s your returns or refund policy?

For coffee, we can’t accept returns on opened bags, but if there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch and we’ll work on a solution. For machines and accessories, we follow our standard refund and warranty policies listed on our Returns & Warranty page.
