King Carlos Coffee is a Hurstville specialty roaster supplying restaurants across QLD, VIC and NSW. Founded in 2002 by Carlos Z, who spent two decades in hospitality, so the coffee is built to finish a meal as well as the kitchen started it.

Do you train our floor staff?
Yes. Barista training comes with a restaurant account, on-site or at the roastery, so the coffee is poured the way it was roasted to taste.
How quickly can you restock if we run low?
Weekly delivery runs Tuesday to Thursday, with same-day backup on high-demand days so a busy weekend doesn't leave you short.
