Blend builder questions

How does Build Your Own Blend work?

Choose 2 to 4 single origins and slide each share between 10% and 90% until the total reaches 100%, then pick your bag size and grind. Name it, add it to cart, and we blend your recipe to order in our Hurstville roastery.

What is the minimum order?

One 250g bag. Every blend uses at least 2 origins, with each origin making up at least 10% of the mix.

How fresh will my blend be?

We roast weekly in Hurstville and blend your recipe to order, so your bag is made up for you, not pulled from a shelf.

Can I reorder my blend?

Yes. Tap Copy share link and keep the link: opening it rebuilds your exact recipe, ready to add to cart again. Your blend name also appears on your order.

Can I put my blend on subscription?

Yes. Choose Brew Club before you add to cart: 20% off every delivery, weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and you can skip or pause anytime.

Why blending works

Single origins are soloists. A blend puts two to four in one cup so the bright notes and the body play together, balanced the way Carlos has done it since 2002.
