    Our platform and payments

    Orders placed on our website are processed securely through our ecommerce platform, Shopify, and its payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

    Marketing

    We send occasional emails to let subscribers know about new products and promotions. You join our mailing lists by signing up on our website, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease our mailing lists to anyone.

    Keeping your information accurate

    We take reasonable steps to make sure the personal information we hold is accurate, complete and up to date. Please tell us as soon as possible if your address or contact details change, so our communications reach you correctly.

    Security and retention

    Our website

    1. We use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. We analyse our website logs to improve the content on the site. While these logs are IP identifiable, we make no attempt to link them with any individual browsing the site.

    3. This site contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the information handling practices or content of those external sites, though we do try to monitor that they are appropriate for our visitors.
