Where is my order?

Most metro Australia orders arrive 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. We dispatch Monday to Friday, same-day on orders placed before 11am AEST. Track your order using the confirmation email we sent. Still nothing? Email contact@kingcarloscoffee.com.au with your order number.

How fresh is your coffee?

Roasted weekly in our Hurstville roastery, in small batches. Every bag has its roast date printed on it, so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is.

Best window for espresso: 7 to 21 days after roast date. Best window for filter or pour-over: 5 to 30 days. Store in an airtight container, away from sunlight, heat and moisture.

Whole beans or ground?

We strongly recommend whole beans and grinding fresh per cup. Coffee starts losing its character within minutes of grinding.

If you do not own a grinder, we can pre-grind to your equipment. Just pick your grind size at checkout. We carry grinders too if you are ready to upgrade.

I run a cafe / office / venue, how does wholesale work?

We supply 80+ venues across Australia with coffee, equipment, training and ongoing service. Visit the wholesale page for the full offer, then send us an enquiry or call Carlos on (02) 9580 1300.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping is on our roadmap but not yet live. If you are based overseas and want our coffee, email contact@kingcarloscoffee.com.au and we will see what we can arrange case by case.

Can I visit the roastery?

Yes. Open 7 days at 18 Weston Road, Hurstville NSW 2220. Mon to Sat 6:30am-2pm, Sun 7am-1pm, closed public holidays.

Drop in for an espresso, watch the roaster work, pick up beans fresh off the drum. Roast days move around week to week, so call ahead if you want to catch the drum on. More on the roastery here.
