Roasting since 2017, 80+ venues across NSW, VIC and QLD, 15+ medals across the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, Golden Bean Australasia and the Australian International Coffee Awards. Founder Carlos Z opened his first cafe in 2002 and ran cafes for 15 years before roasting, so the deal is built for the bar, not the brochure.

Getting started
Do you really supply Brisbane from Sydney?
Yes. Roasted in Hurstville the week it ships and on your bench the next day by courier. We already supply venues in Brisbane. Start with the $40 sample pack and taste it on your own machine.
Can I taste before I commit?
Yes. The sample pack is three blends with a dose card and recipe sheet. $40, refunded against your first wholesale order. ABN required at checkout.
Do you supply the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast?
Yes, both, plus Ipswich and Logan. If your area is not on the list above, ask. The courier map is wider than the list.

What is the minimum order?
5 kg a week. Volume shapes your per-kg rate, so tell us roughly what you pour and we quote to that.
How does delivery work interstate?
Next-day courier from the Hurstville roastery, on a day scheduled for your area and confirmed before you sign. Every bag is dated so you can check the roast week yourself.
How fresh is it when it lands?
Roasted the week it ships, delivered next day. No warehouse stock in Queensland, no bags sitting for months.
Equipment and support
Can I get a machine and grinder on loan in Queensland?
Yes, on loan with a 12-month commitment, for venues that qualify on volume. Or BYO and there is no term at all.
Who fixes it when it breaks?
Ring us. Technicians in Queensland, same-day where possible, and we sort emergency coffee the same way.
Who trains my staff?
Our team, at your venue, on your machine, before your first delivery.
Money and terms
Is there a lock-in contract?
Not on the coffee. The only term is the 12 months that comes with our equipment on your bench. BYO and there is no term at all.
