Refund policy

We want you to enjoy your coffee. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Change of mind, unopened products We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition. We will refund the order amount, minus the return shipping cost. Please contact us first and we will guide you through it.

Opened coffee For food-safety reasons we cannot accept opened coffee for change of mind. If there is ever a freshness or quality problem with your beans, email us and we will make it right.

If your order arrives damaged Email us as soon as you can at contact@kingcarloscoffee.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these case by case and will work towards a fair solution.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it should, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
