Guatemala is a single origin specialty coffee from one of Central America's most celebrated coffee-growing countries. Roasted weekly at our Hurstville roastery in Sydney. Won Bronze in BOTH Single Origin Espresso AND Single Origin Filter at the 2019 Golden Bean — meaning it performs across the board, not just in one brew method. Dark chocolate weight with a vivid green apple lift and warm spice on the finish.

Espresso AND filter — this is a rare versatile coffee that delivers across brew methods (the 2019 medals prove it). Milk drinks where you want a more complex character than a Brazilian blend. Pour-over and AeroPress for the cleanest expression of green apple and spice. A great choice for drinkers who want a single origin that "just works" regardless of how they brew.

We roast weekly in our Hurstville roastery, in small batches. Every bag has its roast date printed on it, so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is.

Best window for espresso: 7-21 days after roast date.

Best window for filter / pour-over: 5-30 days after roast date.

Store in an airtight container away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep beans whole until you grind, grind fresh per shot.
