The Hurstville roastery is where King Carlos Coffee actually happens. Every bag we sell, every cafe we supply, every cup we pour at the bar starts here, roasted in small batches on the machine you can watch while you wait for your coffee.
Carlos started roasting here in 2002, after years behind the counter running cafes. We now supply 80+ venues across NSW, VIC and QLD, but Hurstville is still where the green beans get checked, weighed and tipped into the drum.
Come in for a coffee, ask the roaster what is in the hopper today, and take home a bag fresh off the roast.
