ETHIOPIA SHANTAWENE, SPECIALTY COFFEE
About Ethiopia Shantawene Grade 1
A washed Ethiopian coffee with dark chocolate, berry and citrus sweetness.
This single origin comes from the village of Shantawene in Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone, part of the wider Sidamo region – the cradle of Arabica coffee. Grown at high altitude and carefully hand-picked, it showcases the clarity and complexity that Ethiopian washed coffees are famous for.
Flavour notes
- Dark chocolate and red berries
