BEZZERA VICTORIA COFFEE MACHINE

Coffee machines are plumbed in and need a dedicated power supply, mains water and a waste point, so they are installed by a registered Bezzera Australia coffee technician. This is also a condition of warranty.

Before install day your site needs the following, so have your plumber, electrician and shopfitter check first:

• 2 group: a 20A power outlet, mains water at 3 to 7 bar with a 350kPa pressure limiting valve, and a waste point, all within 1000mm of the machine.
• 3 group: the same water and waste, plus a 32A supply by plug or hardwired, single or three phase.

Most products ship free Australia-wide on orders over $80. Orders under $80 are charged at checkout.

Coffee machines are delivered for a flat $120 to metro QLD, NSW and VIC. Outside those metro areas is quoted separately, or collect free from Hurstville or Moorebank NSW, Truganina VIC, or Stapylton QLD. Allow 3 to 7 days for interstate transport.

Coffee machines are covered by Federal Hospitality Equipment (FHE) warranty: 12 months parts and labour from the date of purchase, plus 12 months parts only and a 36 months boiler warranty on eligible products registered within 30 days. To keep it valid the machine must be installed by bzau.com.au or an FHE-approved technician, kept to the service schedule, and used in line with the manufacturer's instructions. To claim, contact FHE at foodequipment.com.au/service-support with your proof of purchase, service history and a description of the fault.

Grinders and accessories are covered by a 12 month back-to-base warranty. Back to base means you send the unit to us, we repair or replace it and return it to you, with freight to us at your cost. To claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault.

Neither warranty covers wear and tear items.

You can return your order within 30 days for a refund, exchange or replacement, provided it is unused and in its original packaging and condition. Return freight is at your cost. Large or bulky items may attract a restocking fee, and special-order or non-stocked items may not be returnable.
