About Gran Mezcla Coffee Blend
Medium-dark blend built to cut through milk.
Gran Mezcla is a medium-dark roast blend from Colombia, Brazil and Peru, roasted weekly at our Hurstville roastery in Sydney. Heavier body than Re Firma with a clean orange-citrus lift on the finish. Built for strong milk drinks, mochas and stovetop brewing.

We roast weekly in our Hurstville roastery, in small batches. Every bag has its roast date printed on it, so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is.
Best window for espresso: 7-21 days after roast date.
Best window for filter / pour-over: 5-30 days after roast date.
Store in an airtight container away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep beans whole until you grind, grind fresh per shot.

Great tasting coffee! We have it black or with milk and they both taste amazing. I get it within a few days of it being roasted which i think makes a big difference.
