A rare Colombian Geisha with florals, stone fruit and citrus.
This Geisha Natural is a limited single origin from producer Jairo Arcila at Villarazo Farm in Armenia, Quindio, Colombia. Made from 100% Red Gesha, the cherries undergo 24 hours of dry aerobic fermentation, then 50 hours in Grainpro bags at 22ºC before drying on raised beds to lock in delicate aromatics.
