Re Firma is our flagship medium roast blend, roasted weekly at our Hurstville roastery in Sydney. It’s designed to be sweet, balanced and forgiving on busy mornings – a favourite for both busy cafés and home machines.

The Re Firma recipe is a tightly held family secret that has remained unchanged for generations. We use high-grade specialty beans from a variety of producers, chosen seasonally for balance and consistency in the cup.
