A rare Colombian Pink Bourbon with tropical fruit and creamy sweetness.
Santa Monica is a limited-release single origin from producer Jairo Arcila at Villarazo Farm in Armenia, Quindio, Colombia. This 100% Pink Bourbon lot undergoes a 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with lulo fruit, then is pulped and dried on raised beds over volcanic ash soil for incredible depth and sweetness.
