- Steamed milk: 50–65°C
- Espresso: 85–90°C

Usage notes
- Attach the thermometer to the milk jug before filling to ensure correct height.
- Clean the thermometer stem before and after each use.
- Do not leave in a hot oven or microwave.
Use this accordion (or the product metafield theme.tasting_notes) to share flavour profile, body, acidity and sweetness. For example: "Notes of dark chocolate, toffee and dried raspberry. Medium-heavy body, low acidity, syrupy finish. Pairs beautifully with milk drinks but holds up clean as a black filter."
Espresso: 18-20g in, 36-40g out, 28-32 seconds. Dial to taste.
Filter / pour-over: 1:16 ratio, medium grind, 3.5 to 4-minute pour. Water at 94-96°C.
Plunger / French press: 1:15 ratio, coarse grind, 4-minute steep.

We roast weekly in our Hurstville roastery, in small batches. Every bag has its roast date printed on it, so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is.
Best window for espresso: 7-21 days after roast date.
Best window for filter / pour-over: 5-30 days after roast date.
Store in an airtight container away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep beans whole until you grind, grind fresh per shot.
