Gran Mezcla is our worldly medium–dark roast blend, roasted weekly at our Hurstville roastery in Sydney. It brings together specialty coffees from Colombia, Brazil and Papua New Guinea to create a full-bodied, chocolatey cup that’s smooth, sweet and easy to love in milk or black.
Flavour notes
- Caramel and milk chocolate
- Dark chocolate, orange and nutty sweetness
- Full body with bright acidity and a honey-like finish
Best for
Flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos and mochas. Also great as a strong long black, Moka pot or French press if you enjoy a rich, full-bodied coffee.
Origins & processing
Gran Mezcla combines seasonal coffees from Popayán in Colombia, Carmo de Minas in Brazil and the Wahgi Valley in Papua New Guinea. The blend uses a mix of natural and fully washed lots to balance sweetness, body and clarity in the cup.
