Use this accordion (or the product metafield theme.tasting_notes) to share flavour profile, body, acidity and sweetness. For example: "Notes of dark chocolate, toffee and dried raspberry. Espresso: 18-20g in, 36-40g out, 28-32 seconds. Dial to taste.

Filter / pour-over: 1:16 ratio, medium grind, 3.5 to 4-minute pour. Water at 94-96°C.

Plunger / French press: 1:15 ratio, coarse grind, 4-minute steep.

We roast weekly in our Hurstville roastery, in small batches. Every bag has its roast date printed on it, so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is.

Store in an airtight container away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep beans whole until you grind, grind fresh per shot.
