Frequently asked questions
How do I switch from my current roaster?
Easier than you would think. We send a sample pack so you can dial in on your own machine before you commit. When you are ready, we coordinate the changeover so there is no gap in supply. Most venues are fully switched within a week. Run the trial however suits you. The beans tend to make the case on their own.
What's the equipment commitment?
BYO machine and grinder if you want to save more per kg. Or sign on for 12 months and we'll put commercial-grade machines and grinders on your bench at no extra cost. Most of our clients have been with us since the beginning. They love us and we love them. We're confident you'll stay.
Do you supply outside Sydney?
Yes. NSW, VIC and QLD: Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, plus Regional NSW, Regional VIC and Regional QLD. We have on-the-ground techs across all three states. Australia-wide express shipping for everywhere else.
What if we need to pause delivery?
Order as you need. No stress. Skip a week any time, just let us know.
What volumes do you support?
Everything from small offices and start-up cafés through to high-volume venues and multi-site groups. On the form, choose the weekly volume that's closest to you and we'll tailor pricing and recommendations to suit. Multi-site? Tell us. We have dedicated multi-venue support.
Do you also service our coffee machines and grinders?
Yes. We can organise servicing and repairs for espresso machines and grinders supplied through King Carlos. We stock and supply La Marzocco, Bezzera, PUQ, Mahlkönig and Mazzer. If you're already working with another technician, we coordinate with them as well.
Do you also supply packaging?
We can supply branded and unbranded coffee packaging options, including retail bags for beans and other venue-friendly formats. Tell us what you're using now and we'll walk you through the options that fit your volumes and budget.
How do we place wholesale orders?
Most venues SMS a quick weekly order using our template. We roast and pack for the next scheduled delivery day. Email and phone work too, whatever's easiest for you.
What happens if we have a breakdown during service?
Call our wholesale support line. We have techs in NSW, VIC and QLD and we make machine breakdowns a high priority, same-day where possible. We troubleshoot over the phone first, and where needed organise a tech or backup equipment to keep you pouring.
